As the Brixton x Harlem twinning continues, the 125th Street BID is excited to reveal Winter Windows, an illuminated window installation by 8 young people (4 from Harlem and 4 from Brixton).

Artwork will be turned into lights that will be displayed in the windows of Harlem businesses during the holiday season and beyond
